The Thailand Boxing Association is extended the deadline of the Thailand Open Boxing Tournament until May 25

The Thailand Boxing Association extended the deadline of the registrations for the upcoming Thailand Open Boxing Tournament. All national federations can register their teams, boxers and officials until May 25. The invitation of the Thailand Open Boxing Tournament and the entry forms are available in all ASBC channels.
The next edition of the Thailand Open Boxing Tournament will be held in Bangkok from June 28 until July 7 to celebrate the coronation of the King Rama X of Thailand. The Thailand Open Boxing Tournament which could be one of the biggest elite tournaments in 2018, not only in the Asian continent but in the world as well.
The Thailand Open Boxing Tournament will be a top preparation event for the Jakarta 2018 Asian Games and the local organizers are waiting for record number of countries. All Asian National Federation can find the invitation in the ASBC Facebook page and ASBC websites which contains all details about the upcoming strong competition.
The Thailand Open Boxing Tournament was previously known as the King’s Cup and the first edition was held in 1975. In the recent years the local organizers can use another name for the event and opened the competition for all countries. The Thailand Open Boxing Tournament is one of the most popular Asian international events where the top boxing nations such as Kazakhstan, Thailand, Russia, China, India, Cuba, Uzbekistan, Australia, United States of America and Mongolia are all expecting to take part.
The Thailand Open Boxing Tournament will be held in seven men weight classes from the light flyweight (49kg) up to the middleweight (75kg). Each National Federation can bring one boxer in each weight category. Money prizes will be presented for the individual boxers and also for the best three teams of the Thailand Open Boxing Tournament.
