The Pakistan Open Shadowboxing & Fitness Tournament will be starting on June 15

The India Shadowboxing Challenge the ISBC2020 program is still running but another Asian National Federation decided to launch its program to inspire the Boxing Family during the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic. Pakistan Boxing Federation announced its new project the Pakistan Open Shadowboxing & Fitness Tournament which will be starting on June 15.

The Pakistan Open Shadowboxing & Fitness Tournament is available for the elite, youth and cadet boxers and for both genders. The participants have to send their videos through Messenger on Pakistan Boxing Federation (PBF) page and Instagram. The participants had to add to the videos their name, age, category, city, association, mobile numbers and achievements. The following hashtags need to be added to their videos: #POSBFC #PBF.

All of the Pakistani women and men individual competitors can produce one 45-60 seconds length of videos in which they can combine all kind of their techniques and different style of punches. The videos for Fitness Test should not longer than 90-120 seconds and each of the participant can make one during the challenge. These videos should be uploaded and send without any edits, temper, split, slow-motion and effects. The jury of the Pakistan Open Shadowboxing & Fitness Tournament will be decided the winners after June 21. The scorings will be based on combinations of attacking and defensive techniques and the punches of the participants.

– Youth U19 years
– Cadets U15 years
