The historical Iranian Schoolboys Boxing Olympiad is scheduled to be held with the participation of 500 talents in Baluchestan Province

The Iranian Boxing Federation is very active in the boxing map, their new management have strategic plans to develop the sport into the level of the top nations in the upcoming years. Their first historical Iranian Schoolboys National Boxing Olympiad will be held in the end of November which is part of their long term strategy.
The President of the Iranian Boxing Federation Mr. Hossein Souri is planning to raise the popularity of boxing into the level of wrestling in the country. Their next goal is to double the number of the boxers in Iran and raise the total number of athletes in each age group up to 60,000 in the upcoming years.
Iranian Schoolboys National Boxing Olympiad is scheduled to be held in Baluchestan Province of Iran. The competition will be starting with its opening day on November 21 with the expected participation of 500 young men boxers therefore the Iranian Schoolboys National Boxing Olympiad will be one of the biggest Asian events in this age group in 2018.
Boxers who were born in 2004 and in 2005 will be eligible to take part in the Iranian Schoolboys National Boxing Olympiad in Baluchestan Province. The best boxers of the first Iranian Schoolboys National Boxing Olympiad will be invited to various training camps under the supervision of experienced coaches of the country.
The Iranian Boxing Federation’s main target is the 2022 Youth Olympic Games which will be held in the African continent and the venue will be decided by the International Olympic Committee this month. The 2004-2005 age group will have the right to attend in the boxing tournament of the 2022 Youth Olympic Games according to the current rules.
