Thailand’s Atichai Phoemsap – “I am expecting to win in the Budapest 2018 AIBA Youth World Boxing Championships”

Thailand’s Atichai Phoemsap claimed gold medal at the lightweight (60kg) in the Bangkok 2018 ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships with superb performance. He was named as the Best Man Boxer of the ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships in Bangkok.
Atichai Phoemsap is one of the favourites in the upcoming Budapest 2018 AIBA Youth World Boxing Championships which will be starting with its first competition day on August 21. The 18-year-old Thai boxer will be attending in an international training camp in Hungary from August 8 until the 18th to acclimatize to the local environment.
“I think my preparation was successful for the Budapest 2018 AIBA Youth World Boxing Championships. I will be arriving to Hungary with the Thai boxing team for a final training camp which will be held in Gyor. We will be spending there 10 days with other strong teams before the start of the AIBA Youth World Boxing Championships. This final training camp will be excellent acclimatization for me in Hungary. I am expecting that I will be able to win my lightweight (60kg) in the Budapest 2018 AIBA Youth World Boxing Championships,” said Thailand’s best youth hope in the event Atichai Phoemsap.
