Mr. Serik Konakbayev and ASBC congratulate to the re-elected President in Afghanistan Mr. Abdullah Sattari

The President of the Asian Boxing Confederation and AIBA Vice-President Mr. Serik Konakbayev, furthermore the whole management of the Asian Boxing Confederation congratulate to the re-elected President of the Afghanistan Boxing Federation Mr. Abdullah Sattari who will serve the country’s boxing life in the upcoming four years.
The President of the state of Afghanistan Mr. Ashraf Ghani sent a special representative to the election of the Afghanistan Boxing Federation which shows the importance of boxing in the developing country. The President of the Afghanistan Physical Education and Sport Directorate Mr. Hafiz Wali Rahimi was also attended in the General Assembly and the in the elections. Mr. Abdullah Sattari will be choosing his General Secretary in the Afghanistan Boxing Federation next week.
Mr. Abdullah Sattari is the President of the Afghanistan Boxing Federation who was born in Kabul and graduated in the Kabul University short after his successful boxing career in 2005. Mr. Abdullah Sattari began his sport career at of age of 16 and competed in several international events including the Busan 2002 Asian Games and other events. Following his General Secretary and CEO experiences, he was elected as President of the Afghanistan Boxing Federation in 2015 and re-elected in the recent days.
The Afghanistan Boxing Federation received Mr. Serik Konakbayev’s ASBC President Award for their hard work which performed their management last year launching new Facebook page, holding AIBA 1-star Coach Course in their capital city and participating more international events as in the recent years. This special award was part of the Best of the Asians in 2017 project.
