Mr. Serik Konakbayev and ASBC congratulate to Mr. Yue Yan who works in the General Administration of Sport in China in the future

The President of the Asian Boxing Confederation and AIBA Vice-President Mr. Serik Konakbayev, furthermore the whole management of the Asian Boxing Confederation congratulate to China’s boxing official Mr. Yue Yan who will be working in the General Administration of Sport in China in the future.
Mr. Yue Yan was the Executive Committee Member of the International Boxing Association and of the Asian Boxing Confederation who had great experiences also as Supervisor from various competitions especially in the Toronto 2015 Panamerican Games. Furthermore he was the Deputy Supervisor in the boxing tournament of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Mr. Yue Yan was appointed as ASBC Vice-President after the Olympics in December 2016.
Mr. Yue Yan was working hard for the development of Asia’s boxing life in the recent years and during his leadership the Chinese boxing turned into a new era. The Chinese Boxing Federation informed the stakeholders and announced that Mr. Yue Yan had been assigned to a new position by the General Administration of Sport in China therefore he is unable to continue his position in the boxing world.
