Impressive success that more than 300 boxers registered to attend in the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament

Impressive success for the LOC that more than 300 female and male boxers registered to attend in the upcoming Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament in Bangkok. All of the five Confederations will be sending boxers to the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament which means there will be boxers from Africa, America, Asia, Europe and Oceania as well.
The African boxers will be using the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament as last preparation for the upcoming All Africa Games. The top boxing nations from our continent as Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, China, Thailand, India, South Korea, Philippines, DPR Korea, Chinese Taipei, Mongolia and Vietnam are all will be attending in the new edition of the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament.
Among the European nations the top Russian and the Italian teams will be strengthening the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament. Furthermore, Croatia, Denmark and Spain also registered to the event which is a record appearance from the European continent. Oceania’s two best nations Australia and New Zealand both will be competing with their bests in the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament.
Thailand Boxing Association’s main international competition the new edition of the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament will be held in their capital city in Bangkok later this month. Thailand’s and one of the world’s biggest boxing events is scheduled to take place for the elite women and men boxers in Bangkok on July 18-28.
All of the participating boxers will be received money prizes at the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament. Besides to the best teams and all medallists, the boxers who lose their quarter-finals and preliminaries also will be getting money prizes in the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament. The accommodation and the meals for the official teams will be provided by the Thailand Boxing Association during the event.
The women boxers will be able to attend in six weight classes at the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament: light flyweight (48kg), flyweight (51kg), featherweight (57kg), lightweight (60kg), welterweight (69kg) and middleweight (75kg).
The men’s event is scheduled to be held in eight different categories in Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament: light flyweight (49kg), flyweight (52kg), bantamweight (56kg), lightweight (60kg), light welterweight (64kg), welterweight (69kg), middleweight (75kg), and light heavyweight (81kg).
The last sixth edition of the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament was held in Bangkok on July 2018 which was a top preparation event for the Jakarta 2018 Asian Games one year ago. Thailand claimed three gold medals in the 2018 competition but Mongolia also impressed with their two titles in Bangkok where Philippines and South Korea were also able to win categories.
