Hero of Day3 in Bangkok – Thailand’s Somnuek Panpatchara

The Asian Boxing Confederation’s new project the Hero of the Day will be published after each competition day during the ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships. Following Mongolia’s super talented Mungunsaran Balsan and Jordan’s No.1 Bader Osman Majed Samreen the third winner was a woman boxer, Thailand’s Somnuek Panpatchara.
Thailand’s new woman’s youth team member eliminated India’s defending AIBA Women’s Youth World Champion and AIBA Women’s Junior World Champion Sakshi Ghanghas causing the biggest sensation of the Day 3 at the ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships.
Panpatchara Somnuek was born in their capital city in Bangkok on May 31 in 2001 and started her career a few years ago. The 16-year-old talent won three national titles including their Youth National Games during her previous career but the current ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships is her first international competition. In spite of her lack of experiences she made a wonderful job in Bangkok and defeated one of the biggest stars of the event.
