The Uzbekistan Olympic Hopes Tournament collected the best talents of the country
The Uzbekistan Boxing Federation together with all of the regions of the country and other sport authorities arranged the first phase of their Olympic Hopes Tournament which is long competition series.
Their youngest boxers from the 2011 and 2012 age groups are focusing to achieve the best results in the competition series. Their female and male talents in this age group have the experiences from regional, national and international stages as well.
The first phase of the competition was held in various cities in Uzbekistan in the so-called tumans which are the districts of the regions.
All of the regions joined to the competition series in Uzbekistan from Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Namangan, Andizhan, Ferghana, Urgench, Dzhizak and others as well.
The cities, towns and mostly smaller areas hosted the first phase of the competition throughout Uzbekistan.
The regions will arrange the next level of the Olympic Hopes Tournament in Uzbekistan and the bests of the bests will be able to compete in the national stage of boxing.
The Bakhodir Jalolov Sports School has an important role in the country’s physical and technical trainings in the youngest generation of boxers in Tashkent. The sports school was established only a few years ago but it has produced already some of the national champions and international tournament winners.
Yunusabad hosts one of the top events in the Tashkent region with the participations of hundreds of young talents. The Yunusabad Sports School No.1 arranged a fantastic opening ceremony and top quality of bouts were held in the superb regional competition.
Uzbekistan impressed in all of the recent schoolboys competitions in the recent years and dominated the Asian Championships, international tournaments in this age group.
