The strong 21st Mustafa Hajrulahovic Memorial Tournament will be held in a fantastic location on September 4-10

The 21st edition of the Mustafa Hajrulahovic Elite & Youth Memorial Tournament will be held in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina on September 4-10. The international event could be one of the last preparation competitions before the start of the Asian Games.
The competition is open for all of the National Federations and the women’s elite, women’s youth, men’s elite and men’s youth boxers are able to participate in the Bosnian & Herzegovian capital. The local organising committee is looking for a record number of participants after the summer period.
The competition period of the Mustafa Hajrulahovic Memorial Tournament is September 6-9 and it will be taking place in a fantastic location in two months. The tournament was held at the Dom Mladih Skenderija Sports Centre in recent years but the venue moved to the Hotel Hills Sarajevo Congress & Termal Spa Resort.
The preliminary registration forms must be sent until August 1, while the final entries and departure details must be shared with the local organizers until August 25. The requests for visa assistance also must be sent until August 1.
Division General Mustafa Hajrulahovic Talijan was Bosnia & Herzegovina’s commander and hero in the end of the last century and a new boxing tournament was named after him which shows his excellent popularity in Sarajevo.
The 19th edition of the Mustafa Hajrulahovic Memorial Tournament was a four-days long international competition for the elite and youth boxers in Sarajevo in September 2021. The gold medals have been shared between Italy, Serbia, Montenegro, Romania, Netherlands, Wales, Finland, Kosovo, Hungary, France and Poland.
Altogether nineteen finals featured in the last competition day at the 20th Mustafa Hajrulahovic Memorial Tournament in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina one year ago. Hungary’s Attila Bernath defended his throne in the event where Romania’s youth boxers, Spain’s European Youth Champion Rafael Lozano Serrano, Ireland’s Sean Mari and Poland’s Filip Wachala all impressed in 2022.
