The registrations are open for the upcoming Aitenov Brothers Youth Tournament which will be held in Kostanay on July 15-22

The registrations are still open for the upcoming Aitenov Brothers Youth Tournament which is one of the most important competitions in this age group in our continent. The local organizers are expecting top Asian and European youth boxers to attend in the Aitenov Brothers Youth Tournament.
The forthcoming 20th edition of the Aitenov Brothers Youth Tournament will be held in Kostanay, Kazakhstan on July 15-22 this year which could be an important preparation event before the ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships. The men’s youth competition was named by Kazakhstan’s famous Ural and Korgan Aitenov.
Boxers who were born in 2001 or in 2002 are eligible to attend in the upcoming Aitenov Brothers Youth Tournament in Kostanay. The composition of the teams could be 5 boxers, two coached and one referee & judge in the Aitenov Brothers Youth Tournament.
The men’s event is scheduled to be held in ten different categories: light flyweight (49kg), flyweight (52kg), bantamweight (56kg), lightweight (60kg), light welterweight (64kg), welterweight (69kg), middleweight (75kg), light heavyweight (81kg), heavyweight (91kg) and super heavyweight (+91kg).
Kostanay is located in the Northern part of Kazakhstan and has been hosting the Aitenov Brothers Youth Tournament in the recent 19 years. Altogether 107 boxers are attended in 10 weight classes in the last edition of the Aitenov Brothers Youth Tournament in Kostanay on July 2018. Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Iraq, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan also attended in the recent editions of the event.
