The entry form for the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament is available for the registrations and the event will be taking place in Pattaya on April 1-10

The new edition of the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament will be the highlight of the month of April in Asia. The entry form for the registrations is available for all National Federations together with the invitation file. The Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament will be held three weeks after the Asian & Oceanian Olympic Qualification event in the beginning of April.

The next edition of the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament will be held in five women and six men weight classes but this time the competition moved from Bangkok to Pattaya which is famous of its holiday resorts. Pattaya is a resort city, located on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand about 100km southeast of Bangkok.

Thailand’s and one of the world’s biggest boxing events is scheduled to take place for the elite women and men boxers in Pattaya on April 1-10 after the continental Qualification Events. The Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament will be an excellent option to prepare for the World Olympic Qualification Event which is scheduled to be held in Paris, France on May 12-22.  

All of the female and male medallist boxers will be received money prizes at the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament in Pattaya. The costs of the accommodation and the meals for the official teams will be provided by the Thailand Boxing Association during the event. All flight travel expenses must be covered by the participating teams.

The women boxers will be able to attend in five weight classes at the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament: flyweight (51kg), featherweight (57kg), lightweight (60kg), welterweight (69kg) and middleweight (75kg). The men’s event is scheduled to be held in six different categories in Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament: flyweight (52kg), bantamweight (57kg), lightweight (63kg), welterweight (69kg), middleweight (75kg), and light heavyweight (81kg). 

The Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament is traditionally one of the strongest Asian international events where the top boxing nations such as Cuba, Russia, China, India, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Italy, South Korea, Iran, DPR Korea, Thailand, Japan, Philippines, Spain, Denmark, Turkmenistan, Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica and Mongolia all attended in the recent years.
