The Boxing Family in Nepal celebrates their Constitution Day
The Nepal Boxing family and their whole country celebrates its Constitution Day on this day which is the 10th anniversary since 2015.
The Asian Boxing Family wishes happiness, warmest wishes, success, partnership, peace and progress in all aspects of life for the people in Nepal.
Nepal’s Constitution was proclaimed and the announcement was made by the previous President of the country, Dr. Ram Baran Yadav in New Baneshwor in 2015 which marked a new era of the governance.
The third day of the Nepali month of Ashoj, September 19 in 2025, is celebrated as the Constitution Day. This is also marked as the National Day of Nepal and the most important holiday in the South Asian country. The Constitution of Nepal was promulgated through the Constituent Assembly ten years ago in 2015.
The values enshrined in the Nepal Constitution as peace, democracy and inclusion, remain vital in our current era. Nepal is observing several official programs through all regions of the country which is strengthening the country’s positive image.
The main ceremony of the Nepal Constitution Day is taking place at the Army Pavilion in Tundikhel where President Mr. Ramchandra Paudel is the chief guest of the celebrations. The newly appointed Interim Prime Minister, Sushila Karki will also join the important gatherings and the official programs.
Nepal has a promising boxing life, their female boxers had strong progress in the recent international competitions, delivering for them medals and victories in the level of the Asian Boxing Championships, Women’s World Boxing Championships and South Asian Games.
Nepal arranged its Chief of Army Staff Boxing Competition, the National Elite Selection Tournament and the U14-U16-U18 Novice Selection Event in the recent weeks and their boxing management is planning to host more competitions still this year.
