The bidding for the historical first edition of the ASBC Asian Confederation U22 Boxing Championships is still open

Asian Boxing Confederation arrived to a new milestone to develop the sport in the continent in the middle stage of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic era which will be held in Asia in two and half years. The bidding process for the first ever and historical 2018 ASBC Asian Confederation U22 Men Boxing Championships is still open and all affiliated Asian National Federations can reach all details and the guideline in the ASBC channels.
The 2018 edition of the 1st ASBC Asian Confederation U22 Boxing Championships will be held for the men boxers to strengthen the athletes after their youth ages and keep them in the sport. Male boxers who were born between 1996 and 1999 will be eligible to take part in the 2018 ASBC Asian Confederation U22 Boxing Championships.
Men’s weight classes of the 1st edition of the 2018 ASBC Asian Confederation U22 Boxing Championships will be the followings in the competition: 49kg, 52kg, 56kg, 60kg, 64kg, 69kg, 75kg, 81kg, 91kg and +91kg.
The Asian Games will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia this August and the ASBC Asian Confederation U22 Boxing Championships could be a preparation event also for the younger boxers before the qualification tournaments of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
