The Asian Boxing Confederation wishes Merry Christmas to the Boxing Family

Christmas is the most important Christian annual festival which commemoration the birth of Jesus Christ, celebrated primarily on December 25.

The traditional Christmas narrative in the New Testament, known as the Nativity of Jesus, tells that Jesus was born in Bethlehem which date was fixed by the Church in the 4th Century.

The Asian Boxing Confederation wishes Merry Christmas to the whole Asian boxing family, National Federations, friends, boxers, coaches, officials, referees and judges, media members, followers and stakeholders.

The Asian boxers shined in the whole year including at the annual Women’s World Boxing Championships, the Men’s Elite World Boxing Championships and all of the international competitions in 2025.

The Asian women and men boxers earned plenty of titles and medals on the global events this year and proved that the continent is one of the leaders in the entire world.

The Asian Boxing Confederation hosted the ASBC Asian U22 & Youth Boxing Championships this year in Colombo, Sri Lanka, which was a successful event on May 2025.

The Asian Boxing Confederation is proud of the hard work, results and developments of the affiliated Asian National Federations. Almost all of the National Federations competed in the main international championships in 2025 and most of them proved progress on these challenges.
