Team Kyrgyzstan trains in the Xinjiang Training Centre in Urumqi

The Kyrgyz elite national boxing team trains in the Xinjiang Region in the city of Urumqi to prepare for the next goals in that wonderful environment.
The head coach of the elite national team, Mr. Daniyar Tologon Uulu, additionally Mr. Akyikat Abayev led the training sessions in Urumqi, China.
Munarbek Seyitbek Uulu is one of the top Kyrgyz boxers who earned historic results during his career and he re-started the training sessions. The 29-year-old boxer moved up to the light welterweight (63.5kg) this year and he is in shape to show his skills in the next event.
Anvarzhan Khodzhiyev won several tournaments last year including the Strandja Memorial and the Shopokov Tournament but he suffered some unexpected losses in the recent months therefore the international training camp could be increased his confidence.
An ASBC medallist, Zafarbek Kamilov is the one youngest boxers in their elite national team while the 2022 ASBC Asian Elite bronze medallist experienced Sanzhai Seidakmatov is also at the bantamweight (54kg).
The 21-year-old Turgunbek Imankadyrov and Islam Torobayev both competed in the last edition of the ASBC Asian U22 Boxing Championships in Astana one year ago. The duo have strong technical skills and could be the new stars at the featherweight (57kg) in 2025.
Oomatbek Belekbayev received the right for the first time to train together with the elite national team following his junior and youth successes. The ASBC Asian Youth silver medallist Omar Livaza is another young hope at the light welterweight (63.5kg).
Two strong youngsters are strengthening Team Kyrgyzstan at the light middleweight (71kg), the big puncher Eldar Turdubayev and the 2022 ASBC Asian Youth Champion, Almaz Orozbekov, who will turn 20 this year.
The ASBC Asian Elite bronze medallist Omurbek Bekzhigit Uulu (80kg) has six years of international experience among the elite boxers. Bishkek’s 22-year-old National Champion Bakyt Toktosun Uulu added to the heavyweight (92kg) in this joint training camp.
Myrzakir Koshaliyev is a new addition to the elite national squad, the teenager joined from the youth age group and he could be the long-term solution for Kyrgyzstan at the super heavyweight (+92kg).
