The President of the Asian Boxing Confederation and Vice-President of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) Mr. Serik Konakbayev, furthermore the whole ASBC management is sending their sincere condolences to the Kazakhstan boxing family following their doctor and boxing official Mr. Viktor Kim passed away.
Mr. Viktor Kim was born on February 20 in 1949 and served Kazakhstan’s and the world’s boxing life as a well-known doctor. Mr. Viktor Kim was member of the AIBA Medical Commission and he was the Chairman of the ASBC Medical Commission. He led the ASBC Medical Commission Meeting in Wulanchabu. Mr. Viktor Kim’s last work was an ITO (International Technical Official) job in the Bangkok 2018 ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships in April.
