President of the Asian Boxing Confederation and Vice-President of AIBA Mr. Serik Konakbayev furthermore the ASBC management wishes Happy Birthday to Honorary President of Kazakhstan Boxing Federation Mr. Askar Kulibayev.
Mr. Askar Kulibayev worked well to develop Kazakhstan’s boxing in the recent decades during the Soviet period and also in the independent Kazakhstan since 1991. Mr. Askar Kulibayev, who turned to 80 today, had key positions in Kazakhstan between 1965 and 1997.
