Boxing Federation of India is looking for an experienced foreign coach for their elite national team

The Boxing Federation of India is looking for a foreign boxing coach for their elite national team in the upcoming four years of period. The main goal in India is to achieve a top result in the upcoming Olympic Games, Asian Games, Commonwealth and other major competitions.

The deadline for the applications is August 30 and the CVs must be sent to the Boxing Federation of India. The best applicant should be English speaking, below the age of 60 and have the knowledge to work in English language during his whole term of contract.

Among the desirable skills, the best candidate could have the best boxing qualification, previous top experience in high performance with elite or youth national teams, produced medals in Olympic, Asian, European or World level, furthermore physically fit to demonstrate the technique to the athletes.

The key responsibilities are the leading, coaching, data analysis, to prepare for special tasks, event planning, reporting, communication, general administration, coach education and building strategies for the future.

The medical expenses, the personal insurance, the free furnished accommodation, transportation for official or medical purpose, the 30 days annual leave, the flight tickets to and from the country and the sports kit also included to the official contract above the monthly salaries.

The duration of the contract is 4 year to cover the full next cycle subjected to review the coach’s performance annually. Boxing Federation of India will arrange training courses for the local coaches where the Foreign Coach have to lead the sessions.

Boxing is one of the key sports in India and the country produced dozens of junior and youth champions in the previous years but they are keeping their focus to the elite successes in the upcoming four years of period.
