ASBC President Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira and the whole ASBC management wish Happy International Women’s Day

The President of the Asian Boxing Confederation Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira, the Asian Boxing Family, furthermore the whole ASBC management are sending Happy International Women’s Day to all of our female officials, coaches, boxers, referees and judges, National Federation members, women’s followers and to all stakeholders.

The International Women’s Day has been celebrated for years now in terms of equality and women’s rights while its roots come from the labour movements from the beginning of the 20th century. The Asian Boxing Confederation wishes happiness, smile, successes, great life, prosperity and health to all of the women in our continent.

The Gender Equality is one of the most important topics of the Asian Boxing Confederation to strengthen the women’s boxing in all regions of the continent. The management of the Asian Boxing Confederation hosted the first edition of the ASBC Asian Boxing Championships for the youth boxers in Bangkok in 2018, the junior girls in Fujairah in 2019.

The next ASBC competition for the U22 and youth boxers will be holding for both genders in Astana, Kazakhstan from April 25. The Asian Boxing Confederation will arrange the first ever ASBC Asian Schoolgirls Boxing Championships for the 13-14 years-old girls in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates this August.
