ASBC President Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira and the ASBC management send their sincere condolence to Mr. Yeleusiz Dyusekov’s family

The President of the Asian Boxing Confederation Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira of Thailand and the whole ASBC management send their sincere condolences to Mr. Yeleusiz Dyusekov’s family following the former boxer, referee and judge and coach passed away.

Mr. Yeleusiz Dyusekov achieved bronze medal in the Soviet Union Youth National Championships in the second part of the 1970s. He had a successful boxing career as an elite boxer between 1979 and 1984. Mr. Dyusekov competed in international events in Yugoslavia, DPR Korea, in Thailand and in the Soviet Union, won the national competitions several times and became the Master of Sports of the USSR in 1979.

Mr. Yeleusiz Dyusekov worked as Referee & Judge and coach after his active boxing career in the Kazakh SSR, later in the independent Kazakhstan. He was the Referee & Judge from Kazakhstan at the Athens 2004 Olympic Games.

The Asian Boxing Confederation and the Asian Boxing Family will never forget his successes in the sport and his excellent work in the recent 50 years.

May his soul will rest in eternal peace in Kazakhstan.
