ASBC management and Wesing donated the Jordan team in Puerto Princesa

President of the Asian Boxing Confederation and AIBA Vice-President Mr. Serik Konakbayev, furthermore the ASBC management together with Wesing, the official supplier of the ASBC Asian Confederation Junior Boxing Championships, supported the Jordan national boxing team with new equipments. ASBC EC member and President of the United Arab Emirates Boxing Federation Mr. Anas Al-Otaiba presented the donations to the young boxers from Jordan.
Jordan sent three boxers to the ASBC Asian Confederation Junior Boxing Championships to Puerto Princesa short after their National Championships was taking place in Amman before the start of the continental event. Their three junior boxers are inexperienced in the international level but Jordan’s management decided to give them chance to compete in a continental event in Puerto Princesa.
Jordan’s boxing life turned into a new era when the country hosted the 2013 ASBC Asian Confederation Boxing Championships in Amman. Two of their boxers qualified for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games which was record in their boxing history. Hussein Iashaish achieved bronze medal in the last edition of the ASBC Asian Confederation Boxing Championships in Tashkent and Jordan was also successful in the Islamic Solidarity Games this year.
