ASBC COMPETITION COMMISSION MEETING

The Chairman of the Competitions Commission Malaysia’s Mr. Balasingam Subramanian reported that the number of the Asian boxing competitions need to be increased in the upcoming months. The Executive Director of the Amateur Boxing Association of the Philippines Mr. Edgar Picson also joined to the meeting to support the commission’s work with his huge experiences in boxing. The participants discussed the 2013 and 2014 events together with Mr. Aziz Kozhambetov and the costs of the competitions as well. The Asian Boxing Confederation’s next event will be hosted in the city of Shymkent, Kazakhstan next month where the ASBC Asian Junior Continental Championships will be held in the participation of at least 14 nations from each regions of the continent.
