Amazing boys at the Mongolian Children National Games

The Mongolian Children National Games was a great success in Ulaanbaatar and two of their ASBC Schoolboys Championships bronze medallist earned titles in the event.

The competition was held in eleven weight categories from the official pinweight (46kg) to the welterweight (66kg), and additionally the 44kg and the +66kg divisions were also added to the schedule of the Mongolian Children National Games.

Altogether 139 of their junior talents competed for the eleven gold medals in Ulaanbaatar and the organization of the Games was the highest level.

The first male winner of the National Games was the ASBC Asian Schoolboys bronze medallist Sukh-Erdene Buyanbat who defeated the Kazakh-descent Ibrakhim Maral in the final of the men’s 44kg weight class.

The pinweight (46kg) is always a strong category in Mongolia and their Dagvadorj Azjargal had a hard start against Dagvadorj Ulziisaikhan in the preliminary stage of the Games. Following that tight success, Azjargal managed to win the whole competition and he looked more confident in the final against Dalaitseren Batbold.  

Yesunkhuslen Otgonbold claimed the title of the next busy division, the light flyweight (48kg) in the Games after his close success over Temuujin Munkhzorig.

The ASBC Asian Schoolboys bronze medallist Agarzandan Batkhuyag eliminated his main rival, Adiya Tsogtbaatar in the semi-finals of the flyweight (50kg) and after that he was strongly dominant against Khuslen Munkh-Erdene to take the title of the Games.

Byambatsogt Myagmar delivered one of the most sensational performance in Ulaanbaatar, he eliminated all of his four opponents before the last gong, he stopped even his final challenger at the light bantamweight (52kg), Teingis Batkhuyag.

Tuvshinbayar Otgonbat started his campaign slowly in the Games but he was unstoppable for Amin-Erdene Ankhbayar in the final of the bantamweight (54kg) before Odjargal Gereljargal won the tightest title bout against Temuujin Batzorig.

The ASBC Asian Junior Championships competitor Davaajav Tamir won four contests in the heaviest weight category and he dominated the final against Tsendjav Tsogtbaatar whose ringside abandoned the contest in the second round.
