AIBA Cutman Certification Course was held in Tashkent

The International Boxing Association (AIBA) changed the rules regarding the use of the Cutman in the competitions therefore an important AIBA Cutman Certification Course was held in Tashkent just before the start of the competition period of the ASBC Asian Confederation Boxing Championships.
The AIBA Cutman Certification Course consists three parts as theoretical, practical and written examinations. Ireland’s Mr. Joe Clifford is the instructor of the course in Tashkent where representatives from China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan are taking part in the seminars. Mr. Joe Clifford is an experienced instructor who is supporting the Asian doctors and other officials to adopt the new rules.
