The Executive Committee Meeting of the Jordan Boxing Association was held in Amman

The Executive Committee Meeting of the Jordan Boxing Association was held in their capital city in Amman and important decisions have been done during their negotiations. President of the Jordan Boxing Association His Excellency Prince Mohammad Abbas and all of the Executive Committee members attended in the meeting in Amman.
Amman hosted the 2013 edition of the ASBC Asian Confederation Boxing Championships with success and the country claimed one bronze medal in the last ASBC Asian Confederation Boxing Championships in Tashkent two and half weeks ago. Furthermore their boxers achieved three bronze medals in the boxing tournament of the Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku.
The members of the Executive Committee Meeting of the Jordan Boxing Association discussed forming the different Commissions inn the upcoming weeks. Their National Boxing Championships for elite, youth and junior boxers will be held in July after the end of Ramadan according to their discussion. The members also approved Jordan’s participation in the upcoming ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships which will be held in Bangkok, Thailand in July 1-7.
