ASBC Asian Junior Continental Championships – Drawing

The drawing ceremony was held in the ASBC Asian Confederation Junior Continental Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan where the competition will starts in a few hours. After the official weigh-in it realizes 103 boxers will be fighting for the medals in the first ASBC championships of the year 2015.

The competition will be held for the boxers who were born in 1999 and 2000 in thirteen weight classes: 46 kg, 48 kg, 50 kg, 52 kg, 54 kg, 57 kg, 60 kg, 63 kg, 66 kg, 70 kg, 75 kg, 80 kg, +80 kg. The Light Welterweight class (63 kg) is the most popular one where the number of the entered athletes is 13.

Twelve bouts are scheduled in the first competition day in Tashkent where boxers at the 52 kg, 57 kg and 63 kg will be in actions today. One of the most anticipated bout will be held between Kazakhstan’s favourite Nurbol Sultanbay and Iran’s two-time Junior National Champion Hossein Mousa Khani in the Light Bantamweight class (52 kg).
